- Two years previous experience in a medical/clinical setting.
- Previous scheduling experience.
- Developed clerical and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills and phone presentation.
- Related courses in business skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Windows, MS Office - intermediate level proficiency).
