About You
Required:
- Minimum of High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a high-volume impact environment required.
Preferred:
- Customer service experience in the healthcare field preferred.
- Excellent customer service expertise preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
