About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related tasks within the FMRP. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate EPIC templates, managing scheduling conflicts, collaborating with leadership for schedule modifications, and providing effective communication regarding schedule changes. You will also manage the Qgenda scheduling platform and perform ongoing assessments of coverage needs.
About You
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with scheduling software or platforms.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare administration or related field.
- Familiarity with EPIC and Qgenda systems.
