About the Role
As a Scheduling Representative, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of patients, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate patient activity records. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the healthcare services provided.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years patient scheduling experience.
- Medical experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers (physicians, patients, co-workers, insurance representatives).
- Knowledgeable in working with EMR systems.
- Ability to maintain appropriate practice patient activity records and produce reports as requested.
