About the Role
As a Scholar Coach, you will work closely with a classroom teacher to provide reading instruction support, lead tutoring sessions, track student progress, and conduct skill assessments. You will spend your days engaging with students individually or in pairs for reading practice, encouraging their growth and confidence.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Commitment to helping students thrive.
Preferred:
- Experience in tutoring or educational support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
