About the Role
As a School-Age Childcare Director, you will be responsible for leading engaging activities, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing daily operations, supporting Site Directors, and fostering community engagement. This position requires a motivated leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and positively impact children's experiences.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience using HRIS platforms similar to Paylocity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
