About the Role
As a School Based Health - NP or PA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible care, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with school staff and healthcare professionals. You will also maintain electronic health records, educate patients and families, and participate in community wellness activities.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina.
- National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
- BLS certification; DEA.
Preferred:
- Experience in family medicine, pediatrics, or school-based healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for working with youth and in a community health setting.
