About the Role
As a Scientific Business Analyst, you will engage directly with customers onsite, exploring diverse datasets and developing innovative scientific AI/ML use cases. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, data analysis, workflow documentation, AI model evaluation, and customer enablement, all aimed at maximizing the value of scientific data in the life sciences sector.
About You
Required:
- PhD with 15+ years of industry experience in life sciences, preferably across pharma, biotech, or health tech.
- Extensive hands-on experience in high throughput screening, preclinical toxicology, materials engineering, or analytical development.
- Delivered requirements for AI/ML-driven solutions that improved efficiency and enhanced data utilization.
- Strong coding or scripting background (e.g., Python, Nextflow, AWS).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with scientific data workflows and lab automation.
- Familiarity with FAIR principles and modern data architecture.
- Prior experience in customer-facing, consulting, or commercial-scientific interface roles.
