About the Role
As a Scientist, Senior Program Chief Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers, program management, and customers to ensure technical excellence and mission success for programs and systems. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, improving processes, and managing large, complex project initiatives. The position requires maintaining outstanding communication and soft skills, with potential travel up to 30% of the time.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
- 20+ years of Engineering technical, functional, and leadership experience within stringent technical, schedule, and budget requirements.
- 10+ years combined experience as a Chief Engineer, Engineering Technical Fellow, Engineering Lead of major programs, and/or General Manager (GM) with deep and broad technical capabilities in GPS, APNT, RF, Signal Processing, and/or GNC.
- Active DoW SECRET clearance or higher.
Preferred:
- Expert technical depth and breadth in MGUE, GPS / PNT technology, MGNSS, Anti-Jam, Anti-Spoof, GPS-denied/degraded, Alternative/Supplemental/Cooperative Navigation technology.
- Experience leading failure investigations and troubleshooting for Development and Production programs.
- Strong mentoring skills.
