Labcorp is seeking a Screener/Venipuncture professional to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves providing testing services at events, including biometric screenings and COVID-19 testing.
About the Role
As a Screener/Venipuncture, you will be responsible for conducting participant biometric screenings, performing COVID-19 testing, ensuring accurate data capture, and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle administrative tasks and maintain participant privacy during events.
About You
Required:
- Medical credentials accepted: MD, RN, LPN, Lab Assistant, Specialty Technician, General Supervisor, Phlebotomist (CPT), MA, etc.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in performing fingerstick and venipuncture blood collection and taking blood pressure.
- Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred:
- Experience with Cholestech LDX.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic tablet and computer skills.
