Collins Aerospace is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The role involves enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through structured execution and strong facilitation.
About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, partner with the Product Owner for backlog refinement, track team delivery performance, identify and remove blockers, support collaboration across functions, coach team members on Agile practices, and drive disciplined execution to promote predictable delivery.
About You
Required:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with distributed teams across multiple sites and time zones.
Preferred:
Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Experience supporting software development and/or digital delivery teams.
Familiarity with Jira and Agile reporting practices.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience facilitating cross-functional delivery and managing dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams, improve delivery habits, and drive issues to resolution.
