Summary

EY is seeking an SDC - IGA Senior Analyst to join their Identity & Access Management Team, supporting clients in a role that focuses on systems and business analysis with an emphasis on SailPoint application adoption.

About the Role

As an SDC - IGA Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with team leads and analysts to ensure business objectives are met in the IAM Adoption program. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, supporting system owners with access controls, and protecting enterprise assets from threats. You will also be involved in translating complex business needs into actionable insights and documentation.

About You

Required:

8+ years of experience as a systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
SailPoint integration and onboarding experience.
SailPoint certification.
Excellent experience with Excel, SQL, and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Jira and Jira Align or other comparable Agile tools.

Preferred:

Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry.
Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates.
