About You
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
- Willingness to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
