About the Role

As a Seasonal Business Tax Expert, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will maintain sensitive customer information, utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers, and interact with customers through video communication in a professional manner.

About You

Required:

3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season.
Active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year.

Preferred:

Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation.
Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers.
Working knowledge of Circular 230.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.
