About You
- 7+ years of project management, business analysis, change management, and/or management consulting experience.
- Experience supporting teams through change by executing stakeholder engagement, training, and communications plans.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel based on client need (up to 25%).
- Ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.
- Master's degree.
- Certified project management professional and/or relevant certifications/education.
- Experience leading junior team members and small teams.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $103,000 to $124,000.
- Performance-based bonus targeted between 4-8% of base salary.
