As a Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor, you will provide tax advice, prepare tax returns, and manage inquiries related to Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in a virtual setting, ensuring a high level of customer service through video communication.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Experience with video communication tools.
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
