About the Role

As a Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor, you will provide tax advice, prepare tax returns, and manage inquiries related to Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers, all while working in a virtual environment using video communication tools.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
