You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in a virtual setting, ensuring a high level of customer service through video communication.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Experience with video and audio communication tools.
