You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in a virtual setting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You

Required:

Active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers through video and audio tools.
