As a Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert, you will provide tax advice, prepare tax returns, and manage inquiries related to Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize various resources to deliver accurate information to customers and document interactions to maintain records. This is a customer-facing role that requires effective communication through video and audio tools.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers through video and audio tools.
