About the Role

As a Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert, you will assist customers in filing their taxes, utilizing TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, and managing inquiries related to the software. This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will interact with clients through video communication and document your interactions for accurate record-keeping.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
