County of Bucks is seeking a Seasonal Help - Pool Manager to join their team in Doylestown, PA. The role involves managing and administering all aspects of facility operations at the pool, ensuring safety and efficiency.
About the Role
As a Seasonal Help - Pool Manager, you will oversee the management and fiscal operations of the pool, supervise staff including lifeguards and cashiers, coordinate pool usage with outside contractors, operate and maintain pool equipment, and execute the Emergency Action Plan. You will also promote pool programs and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR for the Professional Rescuer or Lifeguard Management Certification and CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Certified Pool Operator/Aquatic Facility Operator or willingness to obtain certification.
Considerable knowledge of swimming pool operations, sanitation, programming, and safety.
Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours/week including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams.
Current FBI Fingerprint, PA Child Abuse, and PA Criminal Background check clearances.
Current PA Pesticide Applicator Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
