About the Role
As a Seasonal Land Management Technician, you will be responsible for walking through large properties and applying herbicides using a backpack spray system. Your daily tasks will include mixing and loading herbicides, working independently and in small crews, following work orders, and keeping accurate records of applications. This position requires occasional travel to job sites and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous physical labor experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in farming, ranching, construction, or other outdoor labor.
- Physically able to carry a 50 lb. backpack sprayer for extended periods.
Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour DOE.
