About the Role

As a Seasonal Tax Associate, you will help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will maintain sensitive customer information, utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers, and interact with customers through video communication software while adhering to Intuit's operating values.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) or ability to obtain one.

Preferred:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
