- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.
- Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
