You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in a virtual setting, using video communication tools to interact and document customer interactions.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

Preferred:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools.
Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
