As a Seasonal Tax Expert, you will help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, using video communication tools for customer interactions.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.

Preferred:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.
Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
