About the Role
As an RN in the FWCC Infusion Clinic, you will be responsible for delegating and directing team members, maintaining accountability for patient care quality, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. You will assess patient needs, implement teaching strategies, and manage nursing resources effectively while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nursing Diploma
- Current RN License in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Leadership skills or experience directly supervising or managing others
- Certification in Clinical Specialty Area
