About the Role
As a Seasonal Volume Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing candidates through onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include managing high-volume recruiting efforts, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and tracking recruiting metrics.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in high-volume or seasonal recruiting (manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ATS systems and online job boards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure seasonal environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak season.
