About the Role
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and replenishing products while collaborating with robots for order fulfillment. You will ensure that all orders meet quality standards, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and perform various tasks including truck loading and inspections.
About You
Required:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Attention to detail; maintains accuracy and quality of work in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond positively to change.
- Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work quickly and effectively.
- Ability to learn and use software and hardware used in the shipping department.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills including operation of Radio Frequency (RF) devices.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
