About the Role
As a Secondary Milling Lathe Setup Operator, you will be responsible for all aspects of the set-up and operation of power, hand, and key-way milling machines. This includes selecting milling cutters, adjusting center line and cutter compensation, and optimizing feeds and speeds for cycle times and cutter life. You will also train new employees, report maintenance needs, maintain production records, assist operators, and ensure a clean and safe work area.

Required:
- Experience in operating milling machines and gauging equipment.
- Ability to train new employees and maintain production records.

- Knowledge of milling cutter selection and adjustment techniques.
