As a Senior Manager, you will lead consulting services for Power & Utilities clients, implementing digital grid programs and systems to enhance value and efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing consulting engagements, building client relationships, maximizing operational efficiencies, and mentoring team members. You will also stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic insights and develop new business opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 8 years of related work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience delivering consulting services to Power & Utilities clients.
- Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
Preferred:
- Experience with business development.
- Proven work experience in Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Regulatory, Customer, AMI, ADMS, OMS, DMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, or GIS implementation.
