Fenwick & West is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate (Enforcement & Investigations) to join their team in Washington, D.C. The role involves handling civil, criminal, and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients, focusing on government enforcement and internal investigations.

About the Role

As a Securities Litigation Associate, you will represent issuers and their directors in securities class actions and other civil actions, as well as handle investigations related to allegations of accounting fraud and regulatory proceedings. You will work closely with audit and special committees and be involved in crisis management and congressional inquiries.

About You

Required:

At least four (4+) years of relevant litigation experience.
Demonstrated interest and background in government enforcement and internal investigations.
Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar or eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.

Preferred:

Experience with congressional inquiries and crisis management.
