About the Role
About You
- Hands on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with SSO and MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) using OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience supporting identity migrations from Okta to Entra ID or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of conditional access, role based access control, and identity protection.
- Ability to manage users and groups, troubleshoot access issues, and work with application owners.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- Experience tuning conditional access policies.
- Familiarity with identity governance or access reviews.
- Exposure to security operations tools such as XDR or SIEM.
- Microsoft security or identity related certifications.
- 1-5 years’ experience performing single sign-on integrations using an Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, preferably Microsoft Entra or Okta.
- 1 year experience performing general IT-related customer support.
