Cynet Security is seeking a Security Assurance Specialist to join their Customer Success organization in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on ensuring customers achieve intended security outcomes from the Cynet platform.
About the Role
As a Security Assurance Specialist, you will validate customer security posture through structured reviews, assess feature adoption, produce security scorecards, participate in post-incident reviews, and provide consistent security expertise to partners and PSMs. Your work will help reinforce customer confidence and drive measurable security improvements over time.
About You
Required:
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing cybersecurity role, working technically with security solution configuration and implementation.
- Experience engaging customers in security-focused discussions.
- Familiarity with SaaS security platforms and customer success environments.
- Strong understanding of security controls and best practices.
- Ability to explain security solutions clearly to technical and executive audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, AWS, M365, Azure, cloud APIs and security integrations.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.
