You will also represent the organization to parents and the community, promoting knowledge and interest in BGCCIL programs.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of youth development and ability to motivate and guide youth.
- Valid Illinois Drivers License.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and supervise participants to maintain a safe environment.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment in personal contact with participants and parents.
