About the Role
As a Library Security Guard, you will patrol library buildings, enforce library policies, monitor security systems, maintain records of security activities, and respond to incidents. You will also assist in training student library employees and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

Required:
- Excellent inter-personal skills for dealing with coworkers and library patrons.
- Commitment to high levels of public service and safety.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic security systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
Preferred:
- Security guard state license (BSIS) and safety training certificate.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
