About the Role
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for performing security patrols, protecting property from theft, fire, vandalism, and accidents, and assisting patients, caregivers, and visitors. Your daily tasks will include monitoring hospital activity, checking vehicles for compliance, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of Gila Regional Security in-house training.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and maintain ability to be insured to operate GRMC vehicles.
Preferred:
- Healthcare Security Officer certification (must obtain within 1 year of hire).
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and have general computer working knowledge.
