About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will perform specific security duties as outlined by the Security Department policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, verifying patron identification, assisting in emergency procedures, and handling inquiries and complaints from patrons. You will also project a positive image and accept direction from supervisors.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Preferred:
- Casino or hotel experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of various computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
