About the Role
As a Security Officer Coordinator, you will supervise and motivate Security Services staff, conduct recruiting activities and pre-employment screenings for prospective Houston Police Officers, coordinate training, and maintain the daily schedule for all security personnel. You will also be on-call for emergencies and ensure compliance with security protocols.
About You
Required:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- Texas driver's license required and Commissioned Security Officer with Texas Department of Public Safety required within 90 days of entering the role.
Preferred:
- Certification for Healthcare Security Supervisor with IAHSS preferred.
- 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military required.
