About the Role

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline, and ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

About You

Required:

At least 18 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
1 year law enforcement or 2 years security supervisory or 3+ years security experience.
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology.

Preferred:

Experience in handling crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience.
