Summary
NVIDIA is seeking a Security Software Architect to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves owning and advancing the security posture of NVIDIA's critical infrastructure, products, and services.
About the Role
As a Security Software Architect, you will apply systematic assessment and solution development to identify, assess, and remediate security risks across infrastructure, applications, and networks. You will design and implement security controls, lead security initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams, and communicate effectively with leadership and partners. Staying current on cybersecurity threats and bringing innovative strategies to harden the environment will also be key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of relevant security engineering experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience in large-scale or distributed environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical security concepts to various audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in information security including secure system design and network security.
- Hands-on technical skills in scripting or programming and familiarity with cloud services and security tooling.
Preferred:
- Experience improving security workflows and familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Track record of continuous learning in security and applying new knowledge to real-world problems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and security compliance frameworks.

- Base salary range of $224k–$431k depending on level and experience.
