About the Role
As a Security Specialist, you will administer automated dispensing equipment, manage the physical distribution and collection of keys, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance controls. You will implement LEAN principles, collaborate across functions, and supervise team members responsible for key and core development. Accurate record-keeping to support compliance and operational goals is critical.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years of equivalent professional experience, or an Associate of Science with 4 years of equivalent professional experience in security, crisis management, military, or law enforcement.
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with access control software and hardware.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite is U.S. citizenship.
- Willingness to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY.

- Experience in applying Lean principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
- Data management, analysis, and auditing experience.
- Proficiency in Traka Key System Management and key management tools.
