About the Role

As a Security Supervisor Captain, you will be responsible for submitting accurate written reports, greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and employees, and providing effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.

About You

Required:

Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role.

Preferred:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Valid Driver's License with ability to be cleared by Fleet Safety.
Maryland Security Officer Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
IAHSS Supervisor Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
American Heart Association CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
