About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolve complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team. Key responsibilities include maintaining technical competence, leading the account management team, handling customer service requests, managing policy expirations and renewals, conducting client research, and ensuring data accuracy in agency management systems.
About You
Required:
- Active property & casualty license.
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Preferred:
- CISR, CIC, CRIS and/or CPCU designations.
- 7-10+ years experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
