About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing IOA Benefits Account Management activities, including client service, team leadership, daily task direction, business growth, new business setup, renewal processes, and compliance audits. You will also build and improve client relationships, advocate for clients and carriers, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Required active licensing
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
