About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day service for an assigned book of clients, providing technical expertise in employee benefits, and driving client satisfaction and retention. Your key responsibilities will include project managing client service plans, delivering proactive consulting, supporting the renewal process, and educating clients on regulatory compliance.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 5+ years' experience with mid-large broker experience and self-funded knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience in the insurance industry.
Active Life/Health insurance license required.
Strong Project Management skills.
Preferred:
Demonstrated understanding of carrier implementation and service deliverables for mid/large clients.
Advanced knowledge of group benefits in multiple product lines.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
Advanced skills in Excel, PPT and EB analytical tools.
