About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, leading integrated marketing and public relations campaigns, defining project objectives, and providing strategic guidance to clients. You will also mentor team members, ensure client satisfaction, and prepare detailed client reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree/certificate in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency setting with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle clients.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Mac systems and Office software.
Preferred:
- Experience with key editors and influencers in the media landscape.
- Polished writing and presentation skills.
