Summary
PODEAN is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves leading high-visibility client accounts and driving full-funnel Amazon and marketplace strategy for tier-one brands.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from strategic planning to execution, ensuring best-in-class delivery across media, creative, and retail initiatives. You will lead top-tier client accounts, serve as the primary client partner, develop strategic roadmaps, mentor team members, and identify growth opportunities while advocating for clients internally.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace management with strong Amazon expertise.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and leading conversations at the executive level.
- Prior experience managing and developing a team with high standards for ownership and delivery.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing confidence.
Preferred:
- Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in Excel/Sheets, creating insights and translating them into strategy.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making.
