About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with key clients, driving account expansion, demonstrating new features and products, attending industry events, developing pricing strategies, and maintaining client interaction records. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant account management experience (Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships within the buy-side, sell-side & advisory community.
- Track record of managing & growing a book of enterprise clients (min $1m+ book of business).
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships/network within the Leveraged Finance community.
